Warranty and returns ​ Satisfaction guaranteed! ​ If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind for any reason, feel free to contact us for return approval and instructions on how to return / exchange your product. We will take back your product within 14 days from the original purchase date in the original, brand new and salable packaging (return only with an outer box in a plastic bag). If the product is found to be defective, RSW International will replace or repair the product for free within 1 year from the date of the original purchase. See below for restrictions. ​ Warranty limitations ​ RSW International, at its sole discretion, may decide to repair, replace or refund the cost of the defective products. All defective products must be returned to RSW International and pass an inspection before warranty claims can be approved. Defects caused by normal wear, improper installation, improper use and / or misuse are not covered.
